At Joyful Choice Wellness, my mission is to empower individuals through holistic and transformative practices, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can navigate life’s transitions with courage and confidence, embracing their true selves through personalized coaching, bodywork, and mindfulness practices.

My goal is to be a beacon of hope and empowerment in Southern New Hampshire and beyond, fostering personal and collective transformation. Through my integrative approach, I aim to inspire individuals to live authentically and fully, even in the face of life’s challenges, creating a ripple effect of growth and well-being within the communities I serve.
My Story
Heather Stickney is the owner/operator of Joyful Choice Wellness in southern New Hampshire. She is a certified Integral Life Coach, Bodywork Practitioner, and End of Life Doula.
Heather began her journey as a yoga instructor over 20 years ago and has been adding services, tools, and skills to her healing toolbox ever since, through 1:1 or group in-person or online sessions, classes, and retreats. She has a passion for witnessing personal and collective growth, fostering an environment of empowerment, in even the most challenging of times. Her ability to be present with the most challenging emotions and life circumstance allows her to be an incredible adventure tour guide back home to ones self.
