What a Breathwork Session Looks Like
A typical breathwork session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes and begins with setting an intention. You’ll be guided into a comfortable, relaxed position—either lying down or seated. Through gentle instruction, you'll practice specific breathing patterns designed to help you enter a meditative state, releasing tension from both the body and mind.

As you breathe, music, sounds and individual guidance is used to deepen the experience. You may notice physical sensations like tingling or warmth, as well as emotional shifts. Throughout the session, your guide will offer gentle prompts and support to help you stay connected to your breath. The session ends with a period of reflection and grounding, where you can process the experience and integrate the benefits.

Aromatherapy

​Essential oils are either diffused into the air, applied topically (diluted with a carrier oil), or incorporated into the massage oil. The scents are carefully chosen to complement the treatment and enhance the overall experience.

Hot Stones
Melt away tension with the soothing heat of smooth, basalt stones. Hot Stone Therapy is a deeply relaxing and grounding treatment that combines the benefits of heat with traditional massage techniques. The warmth of the stones helps to ease muscle stiffness, increase circulation, and promote deep relaxation.

​Warm stones are placed on specific points of the body, such as the back, hands, or feet, and used by the therapist to glide over the skin during the massage. The stones may be used both as tools for massage and as a means to warm up the muscles.
